Motus provided professional consulting services for the cladding and balcony repairs for 4-storey, 129 unit senior living residence. This project is on-going and will be phased in a 2 year plan. Specific responsibilities are design development, construction documents that included developing the specifications, tender documents, tender and bid analysis for the client.
